The Difference

Today, I have opened up all the thoughts that have been swirling in my head. There is no intention to hurt anyone's feelings.Everyone of us have our self made picture of our creator in our mind. This is my picture.

Are you a Shruti or a Vidya or a Jaspreet or a Anne or a Amreen? Or are you a Iftekhar or Yuvraj or Daljeet or Mijjo? I'm sure you are getting what I want to say? I don't want to pen down the concept behind these naming conventions. Surely because, I don't want to disrespect any of them. We all are born and brought up in varied environments, families, neighbors, schools and the list goes on.

We say, that we are the ones who choose our friends as family is gifted to oneself, but friends, we choose them. True. But its true to some extent. You might be thinking, how on earth is that only partially true? We definitely have our choice to choose our friends.Let me answer all your questions.

We are born into a family, unaware of what our family is, what are its beliefs, its location, and all that never matters or rather should not matter. I belong to a middle class family, from a country where a child is allowed to be admitted in school only when he/she is above 3 years of age.Till then, the child remains with his loved ones, family and all those, who may not be his/her choice to be with. So what? Should we make a choice? Can we make a choice? The better question would be, are we even in a situation where we understand what "choice" means? That's right.

When we are in that stage of our life, where we never really understand what it means to choose, we merely observe the world around us. The world that is small, which we think is the only world.
All we do is love. Love our people, our world and all that we see. It is only when we are taught THE DIFFERENCE, do we get influenced. Difference between what we actually are, and what the world thinks we are. The way you speak, the way you eat, the way you pray to the Almighty, the way you dressup, the way you keep your hairstyle, the this and the that.
Have you ever heard that any parent has ever even thought of taking the child's opinion, about which school he/she would like to join?
That just sounds so crazy. Definitely they don't. And its perfectly acceptable. Because, the child is too young to understand THE DIFFERENCE, if any.
Any responsible and concerned parent, will always choose, the best possible to them. At last, they are the ones who work hard to bring up their child in the best way they can.
Which is also influenced by the way they are brought up by their parents. The definition of "the best way" varies, because not everyone can live the same life. Not monetarily, not physically nor by any other aspect.
So, we enter the school chosed by our elders, for our better life. Is it not here, that we make our friends? Of course we make our friends in our neighborhood as well, where our home is.
Are any of these our choices really? We make friends there, because we are there. And where we are, is not decided by us.
Ok, I am not here to tell you that your friends are not a better choice and all. The point is, we are what the world makes us after we are born, which is logically right.

Has that Almighty ever blamed you to be born in a particular family? Has he ever blamed us for what we are? All he does is shower his love on us at all times.
Aren't we to learn what this means? Aren't we as well suppose to just spread love? If he has never blamed us for what we are, why should we blame each other?
Can we understand, the difference between love and hatred? Can we understand the difference between cruel and humble? Can we understand what it means by being human?
Morals are definitely learnt just by observing. And the intelligence of observing is given to every living being. Even a deer knows, what it means to eat, and to be eaten. Does anyone go and teach the innocent wordless creatures? We are a family. The world is a big single family, to live with, to love and care for each other. Isn't it a simple thing to understand.

So, I hope I have not pushed you to a point of mere confusion. I just wanted all of us to know, that the world is simple, let us keep it simple and beautiful.
